Am I the only one who ends up with a headache from cleaning the bathrooms, especially the inside one? I think its a shame that after cleaning the house you have to leave it just to get away from the fumes. More importantly, any cleaning must be done when my son is in school or away with family so that he's not exposed to these chemicals. My husband, who has athsma, insists on using ammonia to clean our wood floor which means I have to leave the house because of the smell. There's got to be a better way to clean wood floors.
We're having our neighborhood garage sale this Saturday. A few months ago, I mentioned I knew someone in the neighborhood who had one every year. I was elected the contact person on the spot. My mouth gets me in trouble once again. I tried to warn them, "I've had one garage sale in my whole life and I only made $20. Are you sure I'm the right person for this job?". They were not swayed. I went to a few garage sales around town for research. Man, has it been a long time since I've shopped at one of these things.
