I just want you all to meet Faye Hess. She cooks from a normal, smallish kitchen in New York and she cooks like us. In her gnocchi video, she tells us that you should cook the potatoes in their skins, then looks down and realizes that she didn't do that. Oh well, a shake of the head, and we move on. Thank you. Thank you Faye for loving the smell of sage, and using a fork pulled from your silverware drawer, and knowing that the act of cooking is more important than the staging of cooking. Love her.
